Quality Work. Quality Life.

Brand Identity for Proudworks

The mission of Proudworksis simple: to transform barriers into opportunities for people with disabilities, or other challenges, by empowering them with services to proudly live, learn, work, and thrive in the community. United in possibility, Proudworks shatters stigmas daily and motivates each other to be determined, focused, and valued employees.

New Name, Same Quality Work

Since its founding in 1973, BAWAC expanded beyond its original scope of Boone Adult Work Activity Center to help meet the changing needs of the community by providing services across multiple counties throughout the region. The new name helps reflect those expanded services, along with highlighting the dignity, quality, and impact of the work.

Identity

We worked closely with the dedicated employees and clients of Proudworks to define the values that shapes its core identity: joy, potential, integration, dignity, and resilience. This is the heart of Proudworks. Work hard and have fun doing it.
